RMA are subject
to the following conditions:
- Cancelled
orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Only new
and unopened goods may be returned for credit
- Cancelled
orders may only be returned within 28 days of purchase
- Non-stock
items and special orders may not be returned for credit

Returning
goods for credit.

- You will
need invoice to hand
- Submit
form and an RMA number will be issued
- Enclose
copy of invoice with goods along with RMA notification mail.
- Ensure
RMA number is visible on box
- RMA's are
valid for 7 days
- Please
ensure that goods are returned in adequate packaging
