The European Union (EU) recently passed into law the Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) Directive. We will be investigating our supply chain to ensure that manufacturing processes and systems are in line with our company compliance schedule.

2020 Memory Distribution Ltd in keeping with the goal of reducing waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) as embodied in the EU’s WEEE Directive offers product end-of-life return programmes for any products sold by them.

At this time many manufacturers have not yet finalised their plans. As a distributor 2020 Memory Distribution Ltd does not manufacture but we have been collecting data from the manufacturers in the last year and will flag products/manufacturers on our web site that are not yet compliant.

Returned products are reused, recycled, returned to manufacturer or disposed of responsibly.
