RMA Form


If you have a fault on a product, please do NOT use this form. Email returns@2020.ie with Part number, Invoice Number, Serial number if relevant and details of the fault in the body of an email (no attachments please).
 
RMA are subject to the following conditions:
  • Cancelled orders maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Only new and unopened goods may be returned for credit
  • Cancelled orders must be returned within 28 days of purchase
  • Special orders may not be returned for credit
Returning goods for credit.
 
  • You will need invoice to hand
  • Submit form and an RMA number will be issued
  • Enclose copy of invoice with goods along with RMA notification mail.
  • Ensure RMA number is visible on box
  • RMA's are valid for 7 days
  • Please ensure that goods are returned in adequate packaging
 
PLEASE NOTE RMA'S RETURNED OUTSIDE THE DATE PARAMETERS OR WITHOUT CORRECT DOCUMENTATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
